Medical disclaimer
CuraVis helps you keep records and look up reference texts. It does not give medical advice, and it does not replace your professional judgement.
A tool, not a clinician
CuraVis is software for managing a homeopathy practice: taking and storing cases, recording prescriptions and follow-ups, and reading reference texts. It does not practise medicine. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or recommend any remedy, and nothing in the app is medical advice.
Your professional responsibility
Every diagnosis, prescription, and decision about a patient's care is made by the registered practitioner using the app, on their own professional judgement and within the rules of their profession. CuraVis records and presents what you enter; it does not check, validate, or take responsibility for any clinical choice. You remain solely responsible for the care you provide.
About the materia medica
The materia medica in CuraVis reproduces public domain works by Boericke, Clarke, Hering, Boger, and others, verbatim and without rewording. These are historical texts, included for reference and study. They have not been evaluated by any medical regulator, they may not reflect current knowledge, and they are not a substitute for your own assessment of a case.
No relationship with patients
Using CuraVis creates no doctor-patient relationship between CuraVis and anyone whose records are kept in it. Patients should always consult a qualified practitioner about their health and should not rely on anything reached through this software.
Not for emergencies
CuraVis is not designed for urgent or emergency care. In a medical emergency, contact local emergency services or the nearest hospital without delay.
No warranty
The app and its reference content are provided as is, without any warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. This disclaimer forms part of our terms of service.
